In this class, swimmers learn the basics of water survival.
Goals:
Able to float without the instructor’s help for 20 seconds
Able to jump in by themself
Able to jump in rollover, and float
Able to get back to wall using streamline with help from instructor
Ages 3-13
In this class, swimmers learn all survival skills necessary for them to have when going into a body of water alone.
Goals:
Ability to do beginners backstroke for 15 yards
Ability to do flutter kick in streamline 15 yards
Able to tread water for one minute seconds
